Who we are
Maat Ra LLC provides the insurance education and advisory services presented as Network Insurance. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Maat Ra LLC and the professionals supporting this service.
Information we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including name, telephone number, email address, state, ZIP code, coverage category, preferred contact method and time, appointment details, consent choices, and a brief message. We may also collect basic technical information used for security and operation, such as submission page, date and time, browser information, and IP address where permitted.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment or banking information, passwords, Medicare numbers, driver’s-license numbers, prescription lists, policy credentials, detailed medical information, identity documents, account numbers, or financial statements through public forms or text messages.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries; provide requested insurance education; schedule and send appointment reminders; conduct customer-requested follow-up; communicate about products, services, and offers when separately authorized; maintain consent and suppression records; prevent fraud; operate and improve our services; and meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
Calls, emails, and text messages
When you request contact, we may respond through the selected channel. If you separately opt in to promotional SMS, Maat Ra LLC may send recurring marketing and promotional messages about insurance education, products, services, appointments, and related offers. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with authorized personnel, licensed insurance professionals, carriers when you request that we explore or apply for coverage, and service providers supporting hosting, forms, CRM, scheduling, email, SMS, automation, analytics, security, and recordkeeping. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with vendors that help us deliver and support our messaging program, subject to appropriate restrictions. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
Services may include GitHub Pages, Supabase, Google Calendar, Resend, Twilio, n8n, form-processing, analytics, security, and related infrastructure providers. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing networkinsurance83@gmail.com. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional SMS. We may retain limited information when necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, disputes, or enforcement of opt-out requests.
Security, retention, and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described and applicable obligations. Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
