Program name and operator

The Maat Ra LLC Insurance Updates and Offers messaging program is operated by Maat Ra LLC and supports services presented as Network Insurance and Brad Smith Insurance.

Program description

After you provide the applicable consent, messages may include customer-requested follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to insurance-information requests, service updates, and recurring promotional or marketing messages about insurance education, products, services, and related offers. Do not send sensitive medical, financial, policy, identity, or payment information by text.

Consent and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and the authorized user of the mobile number provided. By checking the optional SMS consent box and submitting the form, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated or manually sent recurring text messages from Maat Ra LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services and may be withdrawn at any time.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and program activity, and may include recurring messages. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging vendors may process information only to operate and support the program.

We may modify or discontinue the program or these terms as permitted by law. Delivery is subject to carrier and wireless-network availability. The current version and effective date will be posted here.
